What inspired you to make this project?
El darme cuenta de lo afortunado y privilegiado que fui para poder cursar una carrera en biotecnología además de una maestria en biología sintetica, ambos gracias a las becas recibidas, me decidi a generar oportunidades para que mas personas aprendan de este tema, ya que confio que en ellos estará resolver los grandes problemas actuales y los que estan por venir. Si bien muchos de los problemas pueden ser resueltos por hardware y software, hay otras tecnologías que pueden superar a las anteriores, como lo son los organismos vivos.
What are some of the challenges you have encountered and how did you address them?
Hacer accesible el conocimiento en biotecnología y biología sintética, y cómo estas pueden ayudarnos a resolver los grandes desafíos de nuestra región, es una meta compleja y ambiciosa, pero no por ello menos importante y justa. Al estar rodeado de un equipo brillante y multidisciplinario que comparte esta misma visión e ideales, hemos logrado acercarnos cada vez más a convertir este sueño en realidad, demostrando que juntos podemos alcanzar metas extraordinarias y marcar una diferencia significativa.
